We currently offer shipping within Panama. For international orders, please contact us directly at infocacaoproject@gmail.com to confirm availability and rates.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

Panama City & nearby areas: 1–3 business days

Rest of Panama: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on weather, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Free or discounted shipping may apply during promotions or with minimum order amounts.

5. Warm Weather Shipping

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. During hot weather, we take extra precautions to ensure your products arrive in good condition. However, we recommend that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
