Our Story
Proyecto Cacao was born from a journey of exploration into Panamanian cacao. In our search for the best cacao beans, we encountered communities and stories along the way that make this project a special adventure. Proyecto Cacao is a company committed to the triple bottom line, which involves being socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable. Our mission is to promote Panamanian cacao and, along the way, have a positive impact on the communities we work with. Community service, regenerative agriculture, and the creation of high-quality chocolate are at the heart of our project.

From Bean to Bar
Every chocolate bar we craft begins with a deep respect for Panamanian cacao and its roots. We carefully source our beans directly from local communities, supporting sustainable practices and fair relationships. Through an artisanal and transparent process, we transform these beans into high-quality chocolate that reflects the flavor, story, and effort behind each harvest.
