At Proyecto Cacao, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in crafting and packaging our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below:
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
You must provide photo evidence of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging or wrong item).
2. Refunds
Once your case is reviewed and approved, we will:
Issue a full or partial refund, or
Resend the product, depending on the situation.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
